The regular meetings of the Board Trustees ~f the Town of Pleasanto~ shall be held on th~ first Monday of each and every month, at the w~e~' Town Hall. The hour of meeting shall be 8 o'slock P. !/. from from the let of Apr:i to the 1st of October and 7:30 P. M. from and including the 1st of October 'to the 31st of March and the Board may adjourn over at such' meetings, from time to time, and such adjourned meet- inks shall be a part 6f the regular meetings until the final meeL:ng of each month. (Amended Decorabet 29, 1896, by Beetion I of Ordin- ance Numbered 24.) See. 2. Special ~neetings shall be called by the Presi- dent of the Board on the written request of three Trus- tees. The Clerk shall notify the Trustees by written no- tice del:vered to each Trustee or by leaving the same at his' usual place of business or residence; said notice to state what busine.~s will be acted upon at such special mee(~'-ng. Sec. 3. The Officers of the Town of Pleasanton shill consist of those authorized by the Charter of the Town. Sec. 4. The Town Marshal, Towp Treasurer and Town Clerk slmll each, within ten days after their else tlon, or appointment, give bonds with two or more suf- fi,cfent sureties, t~ be ~pproved by the Board of Trustees and made payable io the To~vn of Pleasanton in the re- spective sums following, to-wit: Clause 1 -The official bond of the Town Clerk and officio Assessor of the said Town is hereby fixed at the sum of $1000.00. Clause 2.
