<br />addition, such signage and decorations may be <br />allowed in conjunction with shopping center <br />promotional events as specified by section <br />18.116.040 of the Zoning Ordinance if approved by <br />temporary use permit as part of a decorating plan. <br />However, at no time shall A-frame signs be used on <br />the site. <br /> <br />2. One hot-air type balloon may be used for a maximum <br />of one day as part of the shopping center grand <br />opening or for any future new single business grand <br />opening. <br /> <br />3. No car may be placed on a display rack anywhere on <br />the site. A car may be displayed for promotional <br />purposes if it is parked in the parking lot with a <br />maximum of one banner and one additional small sign <br />such that no more than two parking spaces are used <br />in conjunction with this display. <br /> <br />4. At no time shall spot lighting be used after <br />10:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Section 2.
