PC-91-9 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RBCOKMENDING APPROVAL OP CASE PUD-90-19, THE <br />APPLICATION OP KOLLER PROPBRTIBS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Moller Properties has applied for planned unit <br />development approval to construct a total of 99 <br />residential dwelling units (62 townhomes, 23 single- <br />family production lots, and 14 single-family custom lots) <br />on approximately 34 acres of a 198 acre site located <br />generally to the west/northwest of the Foothill <br />Road/Muirwood Drive intersection; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Low/Rural Density Residential and A (Agricultural) <br />Districts; and <br /> <br />WHBREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 27, <br />1991, the planning Commission, after considering all <br />public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations <br />of the city staff concerning this proposal, recommended <br />approval of the proposed negative declaration for Case <br />PUD-90-19; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the Negative <br />Declaration for the project has mitigation measures which <br />would reduce all impacts to an acceptable or <br />insignificant level. The project is consistent with the <br />city's General Plan. The residential use of the property <br />is compatible with the surrounding residential uses. The <br />Negative Declaration addresses the geological/ <br />geotechnical problems associated with development of the <br />site and presents specific environmental impacts and <br />mitigation measures to enable safe residential use of the <br />site. The project has been developed to conform to the <br />WFRCOD requirements. The plan conforms to the purposes <br />of the PUD district. <br /> <br />NOW, THERBFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OP THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RBSOLVES THB FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the application of Moller <br />Properties for planned unit development (PUD) to <br />construct a total of 99 residential dwelling units (62 <br />townhomes, 23 single-family production lots, and 14 <br />single-family custom lots) on approximately 34 acres of <br />a 198 acre site located generally to the west/northwest <br />of the Foothill Road/Muirwood Drive intersection subject <br />to the conditions shown on Exhibit "An attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />
