<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-6 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-90-20, THE APPLICATION OF JOSEPH <br />CALLAHAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Joseph Callahan has applied for planned unit development <br />(PUD) rezoning and development plan approval to construct <br />21 single-family detached dwelling units and 15 townhomes <br />to be located on an approximately 4.26 acre site located <br />at the southwest corner of the Rheem Drive/Oakland Avenue <br />street intersection; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 13, 1991, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case PUD-90-20; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial study dated January 4, 1991, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the <br />proposed project would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for the <br />application of Joseph Callahan for planned unit <br />development (PUD) rezoning and development plan approval <br />to construct 21 single-family detached dwelling units and <br />15 townhomes to be located on an approximately 4.26 acre <br />site located at the southwest corner of the Rheem <br />Drive/Oakland Avenue street intersection. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />- <br />
