That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />and the conditions under which it would be operated <br />or maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious <br />to the properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br /> <br />Given the hours of operation, the proposal will not <br />impact surrounding uses. other church, day care, <br />and dance studio uses within the Business Park have <br />been conditionally approved and have not caused any <br />reported problems. The proposed use will comply <br />with applicable Building and Fire Codes. Also, the <br />propsed use will not involve the use of any <br />hazardous substances. Based on the aforementioned, <br />the project will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety, or welfare. <br /> <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the zoning <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the proposed use is <br />designation and General <br />Pleasanton. <br /> <br />consistent with the zoning <br />Plan policies of the City of <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1.
