<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Resolution No. PC-91-4 <br /> <br />1. That the location and operation of the proposed use shall <br />conform sUbstantially to Exhibit A (the site plan, floor plan, <br />and details of operation), dated "Received January 30 and <br />February 4, 1991"), on file with the Planning Department, <br />except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. That the hours of operation for the bar shall be limited to <br />10:00pm to 12:00 midnight, Monday through Sunday. In the <br />event that the applicant proposes to modify the hours or other <br />aspects of operation, the modification shall be subject to the <br />review and approval of the Planning Director. The Planning <br />Director may refer the matter to the Planning commission which <br />may apply additional conditions to the subject conditional use <br />permit, based upon the modification. <br /> <br />3. That if, at any time in the future, the ownership and/or <br />management of the restaurant is unable to control the <br />activities of its patrons such that the presence of the bar is <br />determined to be a nuisance to surrounding uses or to the city <br />in general, the Planning Commission may review and, if <br />necessary, revoke the subject conditional use permit. <br /> <br />4. That a limited menu be made available after the kitchen <br />facilities are closed and until the closing of the business. <br /> <br />5. That the applicant shall obtain all applicable city permits <br />for the use prior to the commencement of operation. <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-91-4 <br />February 13, 1991 <br />
