<br />12. If archaeologic materials are uncovered during grading, <br />trenching or ather on-site excavation, earthwork within 30 <br />meters of these materials shall be stopped until a <br />professional archaeologist who is certified by the society of <br />California Archaeology (SCA) and/or the society of <br />Professional Archaeology (SOPA) has had an opportunity to <br />evaluate the significance of the find and suggest appropriate <br />mitigation measures if they are deemed necessary. <br /> <br />13. Exterior walls shall be free of air conditioning, heating or <br />other mechanical equipment. <br /> <br />14. Final inspection is required by the Planning Department prior <br />to occupancy. <br /> <br />15. Any backflow prevention devices (double check values) <br />installed with the development shall be painted forest green <br />(pantone color system number 2030) and shall be screened with <br />shrubbery. The shrubbery shall be of a species and planted at <br />a density to satisfactorily screen the device and shall be <br />designed to blend with adj acent landscaping. All such devices <br />shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building <br />permits. The adequacy of such screening shall be determined <br />by the Planning Department prior to issuance of building <br />permits. <br /> <br />16. Prior to final map approval, development standards for <br />accessory structures shall be submitted to the Planning <br />Director for review and approval. <br /> <br />17. That the applicant shall submit an illumination plan for the <br />entire project for review and approval by the Planning <br />Director prior to the issuance of building permits for the <br />proj ect. The plan shall be designed to provide proper <br />illumination and security in the common recreation area. <br /> <br />18. That the project wall shall include a gate between units #19 <br />and #20 to provide pedestrian access between the residential <br />development and the Santa Rita Road frontage. The gate shall <br />be designed to be controlled through a card or key system to <br />provide security for the residents. The design of the gate <br />and security system shall be submitted for review and approval <br />by the Planning Director prior to the issuance of building <br />permits for the project. <br /> <br />19. Units #19 and #27 shall be eliminated. This area may be <br />converted into yard area for adjacent units and/or additional <br />guest parking spaces. The soundwall shall be setback an <br />additional five I feet in these areas in order to increase the <br />amount of landscaping along the Santa Rita Road frontage. The <br />specific details shall accompany any tentative map application <br />for review and approval by the Planning commission. <br />
