<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-90-17, THE APPLICATION OF SUNWEST <br />HORIZON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sunwest Horizon has applied for planned unit development <br />(POO) rezoning and development plan approval to construct <br />27 two-story townhomes to be located on an approximately <br />2.3 acre site located generally east of Old Santa Rita <br />Road/Santa Rita Road street intersection (APN Nos. 946- <br />1109-1-4 and 946-1109-2-3); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 13, 1991, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case PUD-90-17; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated January 3, 1991 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission finds <br />proposed project would not have <br />effects on the environment. <br /> <br />that approval of the <br />any significant adverse <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OP THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section L Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for the <br />application of Sunwest Horizon for planned unit <br />development (PUD) rezoning and development plan approval <br />to construct 27 two-story townhomes to be located on an <br />approximately 2.3 acre site located generally east of Old <br />Santa Rita Road/Santa Rita Road street intersection (APN <br />Nos. 946-1109-1-4 and 946-1109-2-3). <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />
