That the proposed Tentative Map and subdivision shall conform <br />sUbstantially to the Tentative Map, Grading Plan, site Plan, <br />Landscape Plan and related materials, Exhibit A (dated <br />"Received January 18 and December 28,1990," respectively), on <br />file with the Planning Department, except as modified by these <br />conditions. <br /> <br />2. That, except as otherwise modified by the development plan or <br />conditions or approval, the uses and site development <br />standards for the development shall be those of the R-I-6,500 <br />zoning. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That the developer shall obtain <br />applicable City permits for the <br />commencement of construction. <br /> <br />all building and other <br />project prior to the <br /> <br />4.
