<br />REVISED <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, CA <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br /> <br />Wecfuesday, October 23,1991 <br />7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of October 23, 1991 was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by <br />Chairman Mahern. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was recited. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Ron Horan (arrived late), Jack Hovingh, Sharrell Michelotti, <br />Hal McGuirk, Bob Wright, and Chairman Marcelline Mahern <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson, Senior Planner; Wayne Rasmussen, Advance <br />Planner; Roger Higdon, Assistant Director of Public Works; <br />Marion Pavan, Associate Planner; and Terry Birkenfeld, <br />Recording Secretary <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes of October 9, 1991 were unanimously approved as amended: <br /> <br />Page 8, 4th paragraph under Collector Road: - Chairman Mahern clarified that she simply <br />asked if any of the Commissioners favored the idea that Sycamore Road be the east/west <br />collector road. The consensus was that they did not. <br /> <br />Page 9, 3rd paragraph under Density of Overall Project: - Chairman Mahern clarified that if <br />she actually had her dream wish she would favor a minimum lot size of one acre or 40,000 <br />sq. ft. lot. At a minimum she would want a 30,000 sq. ft. lot. She would not support a <br />plan that would be less in size than that.
