<br />REVISED <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, CA <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br /> <br />WEDNESDAY, July 10, 1991 <br />7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of July 10, 1991 was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by <br />Chairman Mahern. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was recited. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Ron Horan, Jack Hovingh, Hal McGuirk, Sharrell <br />Michelotti, Bob Wright and Chairman Marcelline <br />Mahern <br />None <br />Brian Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Services; Roger Higdon, Assistant Public Director of <br />Public Works; Marion Pavan, Associate Planner; and <br />Terry Birkenfe1d, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes of June 26, 1991 were unanimously approved as amended: <br /> <br />Page 1 - Minutes of June 12 regarding Case RZ-91-1, City of Pleasanton - Commissioner <br />Michelotti changed her amendment to say: "Commissioner Michelotti felt the area is a very <br />unique one and that in the past she had witnessed other areas where erosion of a rural <br />character took place due to piecemeal development.
