\ ORDINANCE NO. AN 0RDINA~CE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 113 of the TOWN ~F PI~ASANTON BY ADDING NEW SECTIONS THERETO TO BE KNOWN AS SECTIONS XIIIA and XXIIB of said ORDINA~NCE. She Board of Trustees of the Town of Pleasanton do ordain as follows: -- Section 1. Ordinance No. ll3 of the Town of Pleasant on is hereby mended by adding new sections thereto' to be numbered as and to read as follows: Section XIIIA. Every person, firm or corporation requesting the issuance or renewal of a license to engage in the business ~ of selling non-intoxicant or non-alcoholic drinks, or malt or cereal beverages, or any, or all, or either, under the provi sions of subdivision-9 of Section 8 o~ of Section. ,~ 26 of this ordinance li- cation for such license together with a certified check for the amount of the license. No such license shall be issued until sucb~pplication shall have been presented to the Board of Trustees of the Tow11 of Pleasanton at a meeting of said board and shall have been approved ~ Board of Trustees. The said Board of Trustees may in its discretion approve such appli- cation and order a license to be issued to such applicant, or may deny such application, refuse to issue a license and order any certified checks i~ accompanying such application to be returned to the applicant. Section XIIIB. In the event that any person, firm or corpora- tion licensed to do business under this ordinance shall permit or allow any unlawful business or disorderly conduct to be carried on within or upon his place of business., the Board of Trustees of the Town of i-leasanton shall have power to revoke any licenses theretofore issued to any such person, firm or cor- poration, who shall no~ be entitled to receive back any part of any license tax theretofore paid.
