Commissioner Hovingh <br />commented he has confidence in the State and Federal agencies monitoring this site. <br /> <br />Chairman Wright inquired about endorsing Measure V as discussed by Mr. Summa earlier in <br />the meeting. Administrator <br />Commissioner Hovingh clarified with staff if a fence had been approved to be 12 feet or 8 <br />feet in height. Mr. Swift advised that the fence was 8 feet and the arbor was 12 feet in <br />height. <br /> <br />2. COMMUNICA TIONS <br />The proposal of offering Pleasanton's facilities to the Alameda County Planning Commission <br />was discussed again. Commissioner Barker's intent was to have the Alameda County <br />Planning Commission hold one of their regular meetings in Pleasanton so that they may <br />become more familiar with Pleasanton and Pleasanton citizens could more easily attend a <br />meeting and offer their input. Commissioner Hovingh advised that the City Manager would <br />need to give approval before the Council Chambers could be offered for their use. It was <br />decided that an invitation would be extended to the Alameda County Planning Commission. <br /> <br />l!!.. REFERRALS <br />There were none. <br /> <br />1!.
