AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 12 and 13 (F <br /> ORDINANCE No. 85, AND PARTICULARLY ESTABLISH- <br /> ING WATER RATES FOR USE OF WATER FROM THE <br /> TOWN WATER SYSTEM. <br /> "' <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the Town of Pleasanton do ordain as <br /> <br /> follows:- <br /> <br /> SEOTION I. <br /> <br /> Section 1~ of Ordinance No. 85 of the town of <br /> <br /> Pleasanton is hereby amended so as to read as follows:- <br /> <br /> The payment of the said sum of One ($1.00) Dollar per <br /> <br />prescribed in Section ll hereof shall entitled the property <br />owner, if connected wi~h meter, to 6000 gallons of water <br />duPin~ such month, and for each and every ~000 gallons of <br />ov.~:~fraction thereof over and above said 6000 gallons used by eac~ <br />service provided in %his Ordinance lulder Sectio~l I hereof, durin <br />any one month, the property owner shall pay to the town of <br />Pleasanton %herefor according to the following rates.-~nd terms:- <br /> <br /> lO~ per 1000 gallons or fraction thereof for the first lO,O00 <br /> <br />~allons in excess of said G000 gallons; <br /> <br /> / <br /> 7~ per 1000 gellens or f a ti <br /> )~ c on ~ereof for the next 15,000 <br /> <br />gallons in excess of (16,000 gal.) said 6000 gallons and said <br /> <br />first 10,000 gallons l <br /> <br /> ~ per 1000 gallons or fraction thereof in excess of (31,000 <br /> <br />gel.) said 6000 gallons and first 10,000 gallons and next <br /> <br /> SECTION IX · <br /> <br /> Section 13 of Ordinance No. 8~ of the town dT <br /> <br />Pleasan~on is hereby amended to read as follows:- <br /> <br /> In the event that a meter is connected to ~wo or mcTe services, <br /> <br />for each service the property owner shall pay to the town of <br />Pleas~n~on thesum Of One ($1.00) dollar per month, and IS ~ereb3 <br />entitled ~o the ~me of 6000 gallons for each mr such services <br />duPinB; each mont,:l% and must pay for all water used over and above <br /> <br /> <br />
