<br />APPROVED <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, June 8, 1994 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of June 8, 1994, was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by <br />Chairman McGuirk. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> <br />1. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Debra Barker, Jack Dove, Harry Lutz, Bob Wright, and <br />Chairman Hal McGuirk <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />Jack Hovingh <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Wes Jost, Engineer Associate; <br />Marion Pavan, Associate Planner; Dennis Beougher, Assistant <br />City Attorney; and Terri Czapinski, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The draft Minutes of May 25, 1994, were approved as submitted. <br /> <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY <br />ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson requested Item 6a. UP-94-24, an application to convert an existing detached <br />garage into a secondary unit and Item 6b. UP-94-27, an application to operate a drive- <br />through espresso service, be continued to June 22, 1994. The Commission agreed to this <br />request. Mr. Iserson also advised that Item 6c. AP-94-94, an appeal of the Zoning <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />Planning Commission Minutes <br /> <br />Page 1 <br /> <br />June 8, 1994 <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />. <br />
