ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Jack Hovingh, Sharrell Michelotti, Bob Wright, Marcelline <br />Mahern, Gene Finch (Alternate) and Chairman Hal McGuirk <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Roger Higdon, Assistant <br />Director of Public Works; Dennis Beougher, Assistant City <br />Attorney; and Terri Czapinski, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />2.
