ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Jack Hovingh, Sharrell Michelotti, Bob Wright, Gene Finch <br />(Alternate) and Chairman Hal McGuirk <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />Marcelline Mahern <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Brian Swift, Director of Planning Department; Roger Higdon, <br />Assistant Director of Public Works; Dennis Beougher, Assistant <br />City Attorney; and Terri Czapinski, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The draft Minutes of February 23, 1994, were approved as submitted with the following <br />modification: <br /> <br />Page 7, 3rd paragraph "Commissioner Michelotti stated she would like to see [delete <br />'more' and insert 'that option available for'] low-income families in the project." <br /> <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY <br />ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />4.
