Zoning for the property is PUD (planned U 't Development) - C-O <br />(Commercial/Office) District. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending denial of Case P-93-32 for the reasons <br />outlined in the staff report. However, the Commission could make e required use permit <br />fmdings and approve the application subject to the conditions of ap oval on the original <br />proposed location. Mr. Willis <br />stated he replaced the previous representative of the application. G will Industries has <br />since determined that the originally approved site is a suitable loca' n, and they request a <br />second approval on the original trailer site. <br /> <br />Commissioner Michelotti ascertained from Mr. Willis that he was ithdrawing the current <br />application in favor of the previous application. Mr. Willis agreed. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift stated that rather than take action now, the appropriate p ocedure would be to re- <br />notice the neighbors to see if anyone would be in opposition to the ocation before approval <br />is granted. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright questioned the applicant if the next applicati n would have the trailer <br />positioned at an angle over the parking spaces. Mr. Willis stated at the trailer location <br />would be as shown in the plan, occupying only four spaces.
