<br />~ <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson responded to Commissioner Michelotti stating that the nal configuration of the <br />outdoor patio design would come back to staff for approval. He als stated that ABC <br />requires outdoor dining areas must be completely enclosed with onl a four foot wide <br />entrance into the outdoor dining area. Mr. Iserson added, in respon to Chairman <br />McGuirk, that ABC may decide that no barrier is needed in this si tion. There is no <br />written regulation requiring a barrier, though it has always been the licy of the local <br />district office to require a barrier. Chairman McGuirk stated that h wishes to see ABC's <br />proposal before making a decision on this application. <br /> <br /> <br />either restricts <br />ediately adjacent to the <br /> <br />Commissioner Mahern stated that it has been her experience that <br />beer/wine to inside the restaurant or the outdoor dining must be im <br />establishment. <br /> <br />Commissioner Finch feels that the project would be good for the cen because it has had a <br />high vacancy rate. He is concerned about the dance studio next to e pub, though he <br />advised the owner to put window coverings over windows of the d studio.
