<br />Resolution No. PC-93-52 was entered and adopted recommen <br />Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-93-01. <br /> <br /> <br />approval of the <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />A motion was made by Connni....ioner Michelotti, seconded by mmi<<doner Wright, <br />rmding that the proposed PUD 93-01 rezoning is consistent with the General Plan, <br />making PUD rmdings for the proposed development plan as list d in the staff report, <br />and recommending approval of Case PUD-93-01, subject to the onditions listed in <br />Exhibit "B.1" with the following modifications. <br /> <br />· Amend Condition 3k to say that "the residence ma be a two-story home <br />with a 30 foot maximum height. Any second story shall be set back from <br />the nrst story building wall and shall be limited to 1,000 sq. ft.; and the <br />total square footage of the future home shall not e ceed 5,000 sq. ft. <br />(excluding 450 sq. ft. of garage area). Citv of Pleasanton <br />Application for design review approval to raise the height of the <br />Department's communication antenna strocture from 60 feet to feet and to install a <br />two-foot diameter parabolic microwave dish located at the top of the structure. The <br />existing parabolic microwave dish antenna and wire-whip ante located on the <br />structure would remain. The antenna structure is located by the Pleasanton Police <br />Department at 4833 Bernal Avenue. Zoning for the property is and CO (Public and <br />Institutional and Civic Overlay) Districts. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson presented the staff report recommending approval of Ca Z-93-l46, subject to <br />the conditions of approval in the staff report. <br /> <br />In response to Commissioner Wright, Mr. Iserson qualified that only the tower would be <br />painted, not the microwave dish. Commissioner Hovingh added that the microwave dish <br />must be a conducting material. <br /> <br />Chairman McGuirk asked if any concerns had been raised regarding e antenna structure. <br />Mr. Iserson indicated that no one has come forward with concerns. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Minutes <br /> <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />September 8, 1993 <br />
