~ A motion was made by Commi...ioner Wright, seconded by Co . ioner Mahern, making the conditional use permit rmdings for the proposed proj as listed in the staff report, and adopting a resolution approving of Case UP-93-2S su ~ect to the conditions listed in Exhibit "C," with the following modifications: . Commissioner McGuirk questioned the 7:00 a.m. start time on Satu y for tenant improvements.
