H noted there is some spill <br />over of parking spot use by some of the automotive businesses at t location. The report <br />notes that if parking becomes a problem the applicant's case will be reviewed. He <br />questioned whether that would be appropriate when in fact it could e the automotive users <br />that are overusing their allocated number of parking spaces. Mr. S ift stated they have <br />striped the street with timed parking in order to control a possible oblem. He was not <br />aware of any problem with the on-site parking.
