Ma, 3715 Nichole Avenue, said he lives to the east of M . Kuchulis and has no <br />problem with the project. <br /> <br />Bob Combs, 1808 Courtney, said he owns two pieces of property be ind the proposed <br />application. He stated he has no problem with the project. However he felt that it would <br />be a good idea to review the Code and change it if necessary. He th ught it was a good idea <br />to allow such amenities as sports cages so that children have a place play without getting <br />into trouble. <br /> <br />Ron Picco, 3759 Nichole, said he lives west of the project. He also elt that with larger lots <br />becoming more common that the Code needs to be reviewed to addre s issues such as being <br />discussed. He further noted that pitching machines should be addres . In this particular <br />situation, he felt that it would be feasible to have a conditional use pe it attached. He felt <br />the particular application under discussion might eventually create noi problems for him. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright pointed out to Mr. Picco that he is also conce ed about noise from <br />the structure. However, he noted that even swimming pools or other permitted uses such as <br />climbing poles can be a noise problem. He did not think the noise fr m the sports cage <br />would be as obtrusive as a swimming pool with a number of people i it. <br /> <br />Marilyn Wallace, 1707 Equestrian Drive, felt that the Code should b reviewed. She noted <br />that she has a two-story house and that practically every home in the ea is a two-story <br />structure.
