Commissioner Wright asked if the signage has been approved, as it i in place. Mr. Swift advised that staff has been reviewing the proposed signage. Commissioner Hovingh noted that a comment regarding parking ca city was included in the staff report referencing a condition of approval, but that no conditio was included. Mr. Swift stated that a condition needs to be included. THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. Mr. H. Joseph Wade, 5075 Hopyard Road, represented the applicati n. He thanked members of the Commission for reviewing the application and advi that he is in agreement with the conditions of approval. In response to Commissioner Hovingh's question as to whether he ould object to adding a condition regarding parking requirements, Mr. Wade stated that this would be acceptable.
