<br />Commissioner Wright asked if the signage has been approved, as it i in place. Mr. Swift <br />advised that staff has been reviewing the proposed signage. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh noted that a comment regarding parking ca city was included in the <br />staff report referencing a condition of approval, but that no conditio was included. Mr. <br />Swift stated that a condition needs to be included. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Mr. H. Joseph Wade, 5075 Hopyard Road, represented the applicati n.
