<br />J.. <br /> <br /> <br />Albert Wiemken, P.O. Box 969, Pleasanton, CA, stated he lives on Trenery Drive. He <br />noted that at the last Planning Commission meeting the Hirst projec on Trenery was <br />discussed. However, he did not receive the notice from his post of lce box until two days <br />after the meeting and he was concerned that he was not able to giv his comments. There <br />were several things which were troubling to him which he wanted be included in the <br />record. He understood that one of the conditions of the Tentative ap was for the applicant <br />to submit a street plan showing the construction of Trenery Drive d the impact on the <br />north and south properties of the neighbors. He stated that was ne r done and as an <br />engineer he cannot figure out what they are trying to do on Trenery Drive. He further stated <br />there are rocks, shrubbery and junk that people have planted or put 'n the easements. What <br />troubles him is that the City has not done anything about this and h is concerned that the <br />street will be constructed to go around the rocks and shrubs. He further stated that the City would not sign off on the <br />developer has met all his obligations. <br /> <br />Mr. Wiemken stated that he wants the record to reflect his concerns He was further <br />concerned that he did not get the notice of public hearing until two ays after the meeting. <br />He asked if it was possible for a citizen to have some type of flow hart showing the various <br />steps involved in approval of a project. Mr. Swift responded that h would try to get such a <br />chart developed. <br /> <br />Mr. Wiemken submitted a newspaper article and photographs of the area for the <br />Commission's review and information. <br /> <br />Mr. Wiemken commended Mr. Swift for all the assistance he has gi en in the past. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Swift requested that UP-92-68, Kimberley Mullen be continued indefinitely; PUD-90-12, <br />David C.
