J.. E ADD THE PL NOT ALREADY ON mE AGENDA Albert Wiemken, P.O. Box 969, Pleasanton, CA, stated he lives 0 Trenery Drive. He noted that at the last Planning Commission meeting the Hirst proj t on Trenery was discussed. However, he did not receive the notice from his post 0 ice box until two days after the meeting and he was concerned that he was not able to giv his comments. Thefe were several things which were troubling to him which he wanted be included in the record. He understood that one of the conditions of the Tentative ap was for the applicant to submit a street plan showing the construction of Trenery Drive d the impact on the north and south properties of the neighbors. He stated that was n er done and as an engineer he cannot figure out what they are trying to do on Trene Drive. He further stated there are rocks, shrubbery and junk that people have planted Of pu in the easements. What troubles him is that the City has not done anything about this and is concerned that the street will be constructed to go around the rocks and shrubs. He as concerned that the Tentative Map is incorrect, even though the conditions may be rig Mr. Swift informed Mr. Wiemken that there will be more public h that he will defmitely be notified of any such hearings so that Mr. iemken's concerns can be heard. He further stated that the City would not sign off on the project until the developer has met all his obligations. Mr. Wiemken stated that he wants the record to reflect his concern. He was further concerned that he did not get the notice of public hearing until two days after the meeting. He asked if it was possible for a citizen to have some type of flow chart showing the various steps involved in approval of a project. Mr. Swift responded that e would try to get such a chart developed. Mr. Wiemken submitted a newspaper article and photographs of th area for the Commission's review and information. Mr. Wiemken commended Mr. Swift for all the assistance he has iven in the past. ~ Mr. Swift requested that UP-92-68, Kimberley Mullen be continu indefinitely; PUD-90-12, David C. Jones; PUD-92-09, Walter and Corazon Panganiban; GP 92-06, Kaiser Center; RZ-92-S, City of Pleasanton; and RZ-92-6, City of Pleasanton; be continued to 12/13/92.
