He noted that at the last Planning Commission meeting the Hirst project n Trenery was discussed. However, he did not receive the notice from his post offi box until two days after the meeting and he was concerned that he was not able to give is comments. There were several things which were troubling to him which he wanted to be included in the record. He understood that one of the conditions of the Tentative M p was for the applicant to submit a street plan showing the construction of Trenery Drive an the impact on the north and south properties of the neighbors. He stated that was nev done and as an engineer he cannot figure out what they are trying to do on Trenery rive. He further stated there are rocks, shrubbery and junk that people have planted or put i the easements. What troubles him is that the City has not done anything about this and he is concerned that the street will be constructed to go around the rocks and shrubs. He wa concerned that the Tentative Map is incorrect, even though the conditions may be right. Mr. Swift informed Mr. Wiemken that there will be more public h that he will definitely be notified of any such hearings so that Mr. be heard. He further stated that the City would not sign off on the developer has met all his obligations.
