Box 969, Pleasanton, CA, stated he lives on renery Drive. He <br />noted that at the last Planning Commission meeting the Hirst project n Trenery was <br />discussed. However, he did not receive the notice from his post offi box until two days <br />after the meeting and he was concerned that he was not able to give is comments. There <br />were several things which were troubling to him which he wanted to be included in the <br />record. He understood that one of the conditions of the Tentative M p was for the applicant <br />to submit a street plan showing the construction of Trenery Drive an the impact on the <br />north and south properties of the neighbors. He stated that was nev done and as an <br />engineer he cannot figure out what they are trying to do on Trenery rive. He further stated <br />there are rocks, shrubbery and junk that people have planted or put i the easements. What <br />troubles him is that the City has not done anything about this and he is concerned that the <br />street will be constructed to go around the rocks and shrubs. He wa concerned that the <br />Tentative Map is incorrect, even though the conditions may be right. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift informed Mr. Wiemken that there will be more public h <br />that he will definitely be notified of any such hearings so that Mr. <br />be heard.
