<br />Commissioner Mahem expressed some concern that if the paving is n t done and the rains <br /> <br />come that the grease, oil, etc. would go into the storm drain. Com . sioner Wright <br />responded to her concern and felt that this would not be any worse the amount of oil <br />that might come from an auto parked on a private driveway. <br /> <br />In response to Commissioner Wright's question, Mr. Butts said he h no problem with the <br />additional hours as noted in the conditions of approval. However, he did not intend to work <br />on Saturdays at the site. <br /> <br />mE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright stated he would amend Condition 14 to read; <br />submit a final paving and drainage plan to the City Engineer and the <br />Inspection for review and approval Drior to occuoancv. The site s <br />drainage systems installed within 60 davs of occuoancv." He did not think 90 extra days would be that crucial, but ould give the applicant <br />time to install the improvements. <br /> <br />Commissioner Finch felt that as the applicant was one of the first to <br />new law that he might be given some extra time.
