Commissioner Mahem stated that initially she was not in favor of th project but felt the applicant has come a long way toward mitigating her concerns. She also commended the young people for supporting the project, and stated she could also su rt the application. Vice Chairman McGuirk stated that the last time he looked at this p ~ect he was concerned about a number of things. However, he felt the applicant has fine- ned the project to a great degree, and he could fully support the project. A motion was made by Comml....ioner Mahem, seconded by Co . ioner Finch milking the required tentative map f"mdings for the proposed su 'vision as listed in the staff report; and adopting a resolution approving Vesting Tenta ve Tract 6S4S subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "B" and the Standard Conditi for Tentative Maps, with the following modification: o Add a condition that the developer shall provide' the sales material a full disclosure in regard to the Industrial development cross the railroad tracts from the project.
