<br />Commissioner Mahem stated that initially she was not in favor of th project but felt the <br />applicant has come a long way toward mitigating her concerns. She also commended the <br />young people for supporting the project, and stated she could also su rt the application. <br /> <br />Vice Chairman McGuirk stated that the last time he looked at this p ~ect he was concerned <br />about a number of things.
