<br />Commissioner Mahern expressed some concern that if the paving is n t done and the rains <br />come that the grease, oil, etc. would go into the storm drain. Com ssioner Wright <br />responded to her concern and felt that this would not be any worse the amount of oil <br />that might come from an auto parked on a private driveway. <br /> <br />In response to Commissioner Wright's question, Mr. Butts said he h <br />additional hours as noted in the conditions of approval. He did not think 90 extra days would be that crucial, but ould give the applicant <br />time to install the improvements. <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioner Michelotti said she would rather that improvements made prior to <br />occupancy and that she had a problem with the site being occupied b fore improvements are <br />made. <br /> <br />Commissioner Finch felt that as the applicant was one of the first to ave to comply with the <br />new law that he might be given some extra time. In addition, he fel that Pleasanton needs <br />the businessmen to keep the economy and that theTity should help . s endeavor as much as <br />possible. <br /> <br />Further discussion ensued about the amount of oil that might get in <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioner Mahem stated she would favor 60 days leeway rather than 90 days. Then if <br />the applicant needs more time he could come back. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Comml..~ioner Wright, seconded by Co . .oner Finch making <br />the conditional use f"mdings for the proposed use as listed in the ff report; and <br />approving Case UP-92-49 subject to the conditions listed in Exhi it A, with the following <br />modification: <br /> <br />o Condition 14 shall be amended to read: "The app cant shall submit a <br />f"mal paving and drainage plan to the City Enginee and the Director of <br />Building Inspection for review and approval prior 0 occupancy.
