Commissioner Wright questioned staff about the time frame in whic the sidewalk would be completed. Mr. Swift replied that it has been a requirement of indi idual users as occupation has taken place, but at a certain point it will be more appropriate to imply fmish off the entire sidewalk. He noted that will probably not be done until seve more approved projects are built. Vice Chairman McGuirk asked if the conditions of approval require the applicant to make the sidewalk improvements if he decides to locate permanently.
