<br />Steve Worth, 249 Rachael Place, also spoke in support of the project He asked that the <br />Commission approve the project as presented and stated he hopes and plans to buy one of the <br />units. He felt these units were good for the City and good for the ntial home buyer. <br /> <br />Thomas Michales, 215 Rachael Place, spoke as president of the hom wners association. He <br />stated they like the plan very much and feel it will be good for the n 'ghborhood. <br /> <br /> <br />acres across from the <br />the project, but wants <br />Industrial before their <br />bout noise or other <br /> <br />Kenneth Best, 2350 Royal Oaks Drive, Alamo, stated that he owns 1 <br />project and they are zoned Industrial. He said he has no objections <br />the neighbors who will live there to remember that his land was zon <br />area was zoned Residential. He does not wish to address complaints <br />issues in the future from neighbors. <br /> <br />Brent Wilcox for Mary Wilcox, 3988 Stanley Boulevard, stated that e likes the project and <br />is happy with it. <br /> <br />Mr. Radanovich returned to the podium. <br /> <br />Commissioner Michelotti referred to page 6 and the existing walnut <br />addressed her concerns and noted they will try to save as many trees <br />work with an arborist. Mr. Swift affirmed that an arborist will chec <br />are healthy. <br /> <br /> <br />s. The applicant <br />they can and will <br />the trees to see which <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright addressed Mr. Best's concern and stated that a full disclosure should <br />be made so that any buyers are aware that the adjacent land is zoned dustrial.
