<br />~ Chairman Hovingh expressed concern that they might be putting fu homeowners at risk <br />by allowing lots to be built on the ancient landslide site. He is con rned with the <br />differences in the reports between Berlogar and Terrasearch, and did not wish to pass <br />judgment on the quality of one report over another. However, he s ted he will support 37 <br />lots as shown on the plan on the bulletin board. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift then reviewed the conditions that would need to be modifi <br />normally ask this of the Commission, but suggested that they give s <br />conform the conditions to the 37-10t map.
