<br />Chairman Hovingh expressed concern that they might be putting fu re homeowners at risk <br />by allowing lots to be built on the ancient landslide site. He is con ed with the <br />differences in the reports between Berlogar and Terrasearch, and di not wish to pass <br />judgment on the quality of one report over another. However, he s ted he will support 37 <br />lots as shown on the plan on the bulletin board. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift then reviewed the conditions that would need to be modi . He said he does not <br />normally ask this of the Commission, but suggested that they give s f some latitude to <br />conform the conditions to the 37-10t map. Basically, Condition 1 w uld relate to the 37 lots <br />plus the existing house.
