Zoning for the property is C-C (Cent I Commercial) Civic Overlay, Downtown Revitalization District, Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of Case P-92-5l subject to the conditions of the staff report. Commissioner Wright briefly questioned staff as to the hours of oper tion. Mr. Swift recalled that the applicant had several people who needed late evenin appointments, which require staying open until 9 p.m. TIlE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED, Debra Bosse, 239 Main Street, along with Bernadine Rago and Vero ica Krell, represented the application. Ms. Bosse stated they have been in that location sine January 1992, along with a chiropractor and psychologist. The latter has since moved out and they wish to operate it now solely as a therapeutic massage studio. She explained ey need for the hours to extend to 9:30 p.m. because of several clients who come at 7:30 pm. The half hour between 9 and 9:30 p.m. is reserved for cleaning. Ms. Bosse stated hey have read the staff report and concur with the conditions of approval. THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED, A motion was made by Commi""ioner Michelotti, seconded by C mmissioner Mahern making the required use permit rmdings and approving Case UP- 2-51 subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit A, ROLL CALL VOTE AYES: NOES: ABSENT: ABSTAIN: Commissioners Mahern, McGuirk, Michelotti, Wright, and Chairman Hovingh None None None Resolution No. PC-92-89 was entered and adopted approving Case -92-51 as motioned.
