<br />Resolution No. PC-92-91 was entered and adopted approving Tenta ive Tract Map 6581 as <br />motioned. <br /> <br />Item 5.h, Tract 6505, Havward Exchanee, Inc, <br />Application to subdivide an approximately 8,O-acre parcel into single-famIly parcels <br />and 2 remainder parcels for an approved 48-unit paired and de ched single-family <br />project located southeast of the Stoneridge Drive and Stonepoin Way intersection. <br />Zoning for the property is PUD (planned Unit Development) - R (Medium Density <br />Residential) District, <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of Yes ing Tentative Tract 6505 <br />subject to the conditions listed in the staff report. <br /> <br />TIlE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED, <br /> <br />Milton Murray, 22320 Hayward Court, represented Betty Dawes, t e applicant.
