Commissioner Wright briefly questioned staff as to the hours of ope tion. Mr. Swift recalled that the applicant had several people who needed late eveni g appointments, which require staying open until 9 p.m. THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. Debra Bosse, 239 Main Street, along with Bernadine Rago and Ver ica Krell, represented the application. Ms. Bosse stated they have been in that location sin e January 1992, along with a chiropractor and psychologist. The latter has since moved 0 and they wish to operate it now solely as a therapeutic massage studio. She explain they need for the hours to extend to 9:30 p.m. because of several clients who come at 7:30 .m. The half hour between 9 and 9:30 p.m. is reserved for cleaning. Ms. Bosse stated they have read the staff report and concur with the conditions of approval.
