Mr. Swift <br />recalled that the applicant had several people who needed late eveni g appointments, which <br />require staying open until 9 p.m. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Debra Bosse, 239 Main Street, along with Bernadine Rago and Ver ica Krell, represented <br />the application. Ms. Bosse stated they have been in that location sin e January 1992, along <br />with a chiropractor and psychologist. The latter has since moved 0 and they wish to <br />operate it now solely as a therapeutic massage studio. She explain they need for the hours <br />to extend to 9:30 p.m. because of several clients who come at 7:30 .m. The half hour <br />between 9 and 9:30 p.m. is reserved for cleaning.
