As each item is called, the hearing will proceed as follows: A Planning Department staff member wilL make 8 presentation on 8ch case and answer Planning Commission questions, 8S needed. The applicant wHl be asked to make a presentation, if desired, 0 answer questions. Applicant presentations should be no longer than 10 minutes. The Chair then calls on anyone desiring to speak on the item, th chair normally calling first for those in favor, then those against.
