~ Resolution No. PC-92-78 was entered and adopted recommending a roval of the Negative Declaration and De Minimus for Case PUD-81-30-26M/PUD-85-8- M as motioned. A motion was made and modified by Commissioner Wright, sec nded by Commissioner McGuirk rmding that the project is consistent with the General lan, making the PUD rmdings as listed, and recommending approval of the PUD majo modification subject to the conditions contained within Exhibit B for Case PUD-81-30-2 PUD-8S-8-8M, with the Colla wing modification: o Delete Condition 5; and o Amend Table 1 to show Site 14a as 3S percent F10 r Area Ratio (FAR).
