Applicant presentations should be no longer than 10 minutes. The Chai r then calls on anyone desi ring to speak on the item, for those in favor, then those against. Following public testimony, the applicant will be given the rtunity to respond to issues raised by the public. The response should be limited to 5 mmutes. The public hearing will then be closed.
