<br />~.'..,...'.....'...ri'...",........,..." <br />..............-............ <br /> <br />.- <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, CA <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal A venue <br /> <br />Wednesday, August 26,1992 <br />7:00 P,M. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of August 26, 1992 was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by <br />Chairman Hovingh. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was recited. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Gene Pinch (Alternate), Marc lline Mahern, Hal <br />McGuirk, Sharrell Michelotti, Bob Wright, and <br />Chairman Jack Hovingh <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Brian Swift, Director of Plan ing and Community <br />Services; Roger Higdon, Assi tant Director of Public <br />Works; Dennis Beougher, As istant City Attorney; and <br />Terry Birkenfeld, Recording ecretary <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The draft Minutes of August 12, 1992 were approved as amended: <br /> <br />PUD-91-13, Kottinger Hills: - Page 2, sixth paragraph under 01 Business, second sentence: <br />Commissioner Michelotti noted that should have read "the Viney d Corridor Study", not the <br />Ruby Hills project. <br /> <br />PUD-91-13, Kottinger Hills: - Page 2, third paragraph under OJ Business, second sentence: <br />Commissioner McGuirk amended it to read: "Mr. Swift noted th t the applicant handed out <br />a copy of Exhibit B tonight which contained the aDDlicant's requ sted revisions to the <br />Conditions of Approval. <br /> <br />PUD-91-13, Kottinger Hills: - Page 5, second last paragraph, s ond sentence: <br />Commissioner McGuirk clarified that Mr. Gates had said it woul take 25 years, not five <br />years, until it looked as though nothing had ever happened on the site as far as landscaping <br />was concerned. <br />
