Add Policy 24.9 - That the City target rehab' 'tation funds for older <br />apartment units with controls that are due fo termination; <br /> <br />2. That the City provide assistance in the form f bonds or other <br />means to the owners of apartment complexes 0 assist in the <br />rermancing of their loans on the project in or er to extend controls <br />that are due for termination; <br /> <br />3.
