Resolution No. PC-92-53 was entered and adopted recommending ap roval of the proposed <br />PUD rezoning for Case GP-92-2/PUD-92-5 as motioned. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commksloner Mahern, seconded by Co . ioner Wright <br />approving Case GP-92-2/PUD-92-S subject to the conditions of d velopment listed in <br />Table 3 with the following modifications: <br /> <br />o That the language in Table 3, "Building Design" be modified to say <br />"prohibited" rather than "avoided"; and <br /> <br />o That the rear setback remain at 30 ft. as stated in e staff <br />recommendation of Table 3 and clarified to mean " rom top of bank. Future Planning Calendar <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Consideration of meeting schedule for July/August. <br /> <br />Chairman Hovingh and Commissioner Wright stated they did not have a problem with <br />meeting as usual in July and August. Commissioner McGuir noted he may be on <br />strike duty during August. Commissioner Michelotti said sh would be gone the first <br />week in July until July 12.
