MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS Commissioner Wright called staff's attention to the oriental restau t nearest Kentucky Fried Chicken, noting that the landscaping at that location is in very po condition, He hoped that the City could do something about this. Commissioner Horan called attention to the soundwall area along ottinger Ranch nearest St. Augustine's Church, noting that the weeds are becoming very tall. He questioned whether this is the responsibility of the homeowners' association. Mr. Swift advised that it ru s to a low level of D service, There are some proposed improvements that will be fund by the Wells Fargo project that will make some radical changes in the level of service, hich will greatly ease traffic congestion due to the upcoming BART project and all other f ture Foothill Road projects.
