This will be held at the library at p.m. He also requested that PUD-92-3, Harbor View Investment, Inc. be continued to May 7. The Commission agreed to this request. MATfERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS Commissioner Wright thanked Mr. Swift and Mr. Higdon for takin Valley Avenue near the Fairgrounds. Commissioner Michelotti called attention to the Community First N tional Bank renovation on Main Street. She thought that even though it had come through e regular process of the Design Review Board and had staff assistance that it could have bee designed to blend better with the historic motif of the Pleasanton Hotel and other mor historic structures in town. She hoped that in the future if older structures are renovated downtown that investigation be made as to what the design and material had been the building in the past, and attempt to stay with that historical theme. ill Election of ChainnaD aDd Vice Chainnan A motion was made by Commissioner Horan, seconded by Commis ioner McGuirk nominating Commissioner Hovingh for the position of Chairman.
