<br />MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, CA <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br /> <br />Wednesday, March 25, 1992 <br />7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of March 25, 1992 was called order at 7:00 p.m. by <br />Chairman Mahern. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was recited. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Jack Hovingh, Hal McGuirk, harrell Michelotti, and <br />Chairman Marcelline Mahern <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioners Ron Horan and Bob Wright <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Brian Swift, Director of Planni g and Community <br />Development; Roger Higdon, ssistant Director of <br />Public Works; Dennis Beoughe , Assistant City <br />Attorney; and Terry Birkenfeld Recording Secretary <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTRl;l <br /> <br />The draft Minutes of March 11, 1992 were approved as amended: <br /> <br />Page 3 - PUD-91-11, ChulGahrahmat - Commissioner Hovingh no he had stated that he <br />had private discussions with Chris Haynam on the Chu/Gahrahmat roject. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk noted that he also had a phone conversatio with Chris Haynam. <br /> <br />Page 13 - PUD-92-1, Walnut Glen Estates - Commissioner Michel . clarified that Condition <br />14.d. should state that "up to one ft. wide strip shall remain. " <br />She also clarified that the conditions did require open fencing. <br /> <br /> <br />Page 20 - PUD-89-17, Oak Tree Farms - Commissioner Michelotti oted that the motion <br />should include that "open fencing is required. " <br />
