<br />Chairman Mahern felt it was a great house plan; however, she had agree with staffs <br />recommendation that it was too dense a project. She would rather eave it as an undeveloped <br />lot. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk noted that Mr. Hempy's property was one of the first projects to set <br />the Commission to thinking about creating guidelines for Foothill . He felt that some of <br />the clustering they desired is there, but is not enough at this point. He felt that all they <br />would soon see is a lot of rooftops.
