This <br />system has just been recently used by Council and the Design Re . ew Board, and will now <br />be used by the Planning Commission. This is done to insure that future notices will be <br />mailed to the correct address, also for accuracy of the minutes. <br /> <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Swift requested that UP-90-76, William Moss; PUD-89-14-1 ,Craig Sjoberg; <br />PUD-91-19, Fred Hempy; be continued to 3/25/92, and that Ten tive Tract Map 5721, <br />Westbrook Housing; be continued indefinitely. The Commission greed to this request. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding the continuation of UP-90-76, Will' Moss. Staff commented <br />they would like to see this case before April. The Commission's fmal consensus was that the <br />case should be continued to March 25, but that it should be the 1 st case on the agenda. <br /> <br />1. Chairman Mahern asked staff if the joint meeting between th <br />Review Board and the Council is still scheduled for April 1. Sh <br />Task Force has requested a delay until May.
