<br />~ <br /> <br />Brad Hirst, 6280 W, Las Positas Blvd., represented the applicatio . He said he has tried to <br />design the project to meet the conditions of the Specific Plan. He ad some minor concerns <br />with the conditions and addressed them. One of the major things ey wanted to accomplish <br />was to be a good neighbor to those living on the south side of Tre ery Drive and to the east <br />on Martin Avenue. He said he concurred with the revised conditi ns that removed Condition <br />9, He addressed Condition 14 in regard to the one ft. wide strip r uested by staff. He said <br />that one ft. strip does not really affect them as they intend to dedi te an improved 20 ft. or <br />21 ft. It is his intent to work with the property owners of Hulett, ingleton, and Gonsalves. <br /> <br />Mr. Hirst addressed Paragraph 3 of the revised conditions of appr val and noted they are <br />willing to pave Trenery Drive; he was not sure "reconstruct" was e proper word as they <br />have told property owners there they would not do anything to h the rural appearance of <br />Trenery Drive. He said he was a bit nervous over this condition. He further noted that <br />several of the neighbors are not happy with eight ft. of rock (grav 1) installed on the shoulder <br />of Trenery Drive. <br /> <br />Commissioner Michelotti asked if Mr. Hirst has considered a cu street. The applicant <br />said this is about the ninth or tenth plan they have designed and y had considered a curved <br />street. He furth r discussed whether they <br />would provide at least emergency access to the Baldacci project, d also access to the <br />Chu/Gahrahmat project.
