" <br /> <br /> <br />PLANNING C MMISSION 0 <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Swift requested that Tract Map 6502, Suncrest Townhomes, b continued to 2/12/92. <br />The Commission agreed to this request. <br /> <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />1. Commissioner Michelotti requested that staff ask the City Cler <br />of the joint meeting between the City Council and the School Boar <br />for tonight. She understood that it had been tentatively reschedul <br /> <br />to notify the Commission <br />which had been canceled <br />for January 29. <br /> <br />2. Commissioner Horan reiterated his request to staff for written ocumentation regarding <br />HUD's position as far as Kottinger Place is concerned. Mr. Swift replied that Scott Erickson <br />and Steve Bocian are working on this issue and it should be ready soon. <br /> <br />3. Commissioner Hovingh asked that staff find out the current sta us of Joe Callahan's <br />Carriage House Project, as to what was approved and what the be chmark is. Mr. Swift <br />affirmed that he would obtain this information. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS - PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS - PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />PUD-90-7-1M. Peter G. Shutts/Kav Ku <br />Application to modify a condition of approval of an existing P limiting occupancy to <br />70 persons to permit a maximum occupancy of 90 persons for n approved senior care <br />facility proposed to be located at 4115 Mohr Avenue.
